John Power
CEO
Mr. Power is the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of Athena Gold Corp, formerly known as Athena Silver. He managed the Langtry Silver Project, and developed a NI 43-101 compliant resources of over 60 million oz Ag. Mr. Power was a past President of Redwood Microcap Fund, Inc. from 1985 – 2005 where he increased shareholder value by 6X under his stewardship.
Mr. Power has also previously served as a director, President and/or CFO of Magellan Gold Corporation (OTCQB: MAGE) and is the co-managing member since 2011 of Silver Saddle Resources, LLC, a private entity that owns mining claims in Nevada.
Outside of the mining world, Mr. Power serves as co-managing member of Ryan Air Exposition, LLC, a private California holding company that invests in antique airplanes and held the same position for Wyoming Resorts, LLC, which owned and operated an historic hotel in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Mr. Power is also a general partner of Power Vacaville, LP a commercial real estate investment firm. Â
Ty Minnick
CFO
Mr. Minnick is a Certified Public Accountant bringing over 25 years of experience in various industries to Athena Gold. Since 2011 he has worked for Augusta Gold Corp. (TSX: G, OTCQB: AUGG) (formerly, Bullfrog Gold Corp.) and was its Chief Financial Officer until October 2020 and continues as a consultant. He also has been working with Grand Mesa CPAs since 2018 and was the Director of Finance and Administration of the Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority.
David Beling, P.E.

Consultant
A seasoned mining professional with 60 years of experience. Served on the board of 14 listed mining companies starting in 1981. Currently a director of NioCorp Developments Ltd since 2011. Past CEO/General Manager of Bullfrog Gold Corp. (2011 – 2020) where he led the acquisition of Barrick Gold’s lands and open pits in the Bullfrog Mining District of the Walker Trend and defined 525,000 ounces of 43-101 compliant gold resources prior to their first drill program. Also was the  Sr VP of Operations during the construction and five years of operations at the Hycroft Mine near Winnemucca, Nevada.
John E. Hiner
Director
Mr. Hiner is a licensed geologist in the State of Washington and SME registered member, with an exploration history of over 45 years with several major mining companies exploring for geothermal energy, precious metals and industrial minerals. He has served as a director and/or officer of mineral exploration and mining development companies, and works as an independent consulting geologist for mining companies.
Mr. Hiner is also currently a director of Gold Basin Resources Corporation (CSE: GXX, OTCQB: GXXFF) and Golden Lake Exploration Inc. (CSE: GLM, OCTCQB:GOLXF).

Mr. Power is a private investor and technology entrepreneur. He has served as a director of Athena Gold since its inception in December 2003 and was also the CEO and President from December 2003 until December 2005. From March 2010 to present, Mr. Power has served as co-Managing Member of Ryan Air Exposition, LLC, a private California holding company that invests in antique airplanes. From October 1998 to 2005, he was a cofounder and managing member of Spirit of Adventure, LLC a company engaged in the development of deep ocean exploration technologies including the design/build of advanced manned submersibles. From 1996 to present he has served on the board of directors of Snuba, Incorporated, a manufacturer and international licensor of proprietary ocean diving systems.
