A RISK-MANAGED APPROACH TO RESOURCE DEFINITION

Define a commercial resource by additional drilling and an existing database of 113 drill holes, of which 67 holes contained at least 20 feet ≥ 0.2 g Au/t in 119 mineral intercepts that averaged 33 feet long and 1.2 g Au/t.

Hole DB-23 had the highest intercept with a grade x thickness (GxT) product of 566 within 110 feet of 5.2 g/t. The highest GxT  for a hole was 768 within two intercepts in hole 22-01 that contained 90 feet of 6.1 g Au/t and 45 feet of 5.0 g Au/t.
